At Kasa Luna Yoga we specialize in Hatha (gentle & moderate yoga), Vinyasa (faster & deeper yoga) and YIN (slower & restorative yoga). Our classes can be in English or Spanish.
We want you to look & feel your best and know that movement is a very important part of overall health.
It is through BREATH & movement that we reconnect to our body and often tune out the constant stream of thoughts that do not serve us. This is part of our purpose, to help your mind relax while you lubricate your joints and increase your mobility.
We also offer Nutrtional consultations to optimize your energy levels through proper food choices. Our bodies and needs change, so we must meet our growing needs as we age.
